To register the subscriber must first fill out the registration form and confirm they are 18 years or older.
This will ensure that the person registering confirms that they are 18 years or older and accept the privacy statement and the terms and conditions of the site. They will also confirm that they will accept to receive promotional literature from time to time.

Refund Policy
Once the weekly subscription payment is made the subscriber then has full and immediate access to all paid-for-content which the subscription is paying for. Therefore subscription refunds will be only given at the discretion of the company management.
Monetary Transactions
Pick the Score is a subscription based website, where you pay a subscription per week to access the content and prediction game. Each week you can win money (‘Cash Prizes’) participating in a prediction game with other subscribers. Each subscriber will have a Pick the Score e-wallet account. Subscribers deposit funds either with a credit card or debit card into this account then use those funds from their account to pay the subscription per week to access the latest news and blogs content and play the weekly game.
Subscribers start with an initial balance of zero £
s in their Pick the Score account, in order to get funds sunscribers must first make a minmum deposit of £10.00 into their account by credit card or debit card. Pick the Score accepts master card, Visa and Amex.
Deposit Methods
For Pick the Score and its subscribers, transaction security is paramount and Pick the Score therefore has chosen an internationally respected payment gateway to partner with in regard to ensuring all transactions are financially secure and all transactions are tracked and audited.
When funding their Pick the Score account, using one of the payment methods available, players will be taken to the secure payment site to make the payment. Upon completing their payment transaction the subscribers money will instantly be deposited into their own Pick the Score account allowing them full access to the news content and games on the Pick the Score site.
Withdrawal Methods
When players win prizes their Pick the Score account will instantly be credited with the cash they win. For example if a player has a Pick the Score balance of £10.00, and wins £25.00 as the result of being the group’s winner for that week, their balance will instantly update to £35.00. The player can use this balance to continue paying their subscriptions per week, or they can withdraw funds for any purpose at any time they like. It is their account, their money.
Upon choosing to withdraw funds the subscriber will be asked how much they would like to withdraw, at which time the subscribers Pick the Score account balance will automatically be deducted the specified amount and the funds instantly transferred to the account specified by the subscriber and the transaction will be recorded in their account transaction history.
How the Game is played and how Make Your Picks Groups are created
Make Your Picks groups are created by those people who register and pay their weekly subscription. Only one entry per email address is allowed Only one entry per email address is allowed. At cut off time, 30 minutes prior to the first game of that week the participants that have paid their subscription and made their predictions are allocated into groups of 100 participants and any balance of participants that do not reach 100 are spread over all the groups that have already been created. Example; if 3,570 would then make 35 groups with 70 left over and would make each group’s total to be 102 participants.
All groups are therefore randomly selected groups with a maximum number of participants with a group password being emailed automatically on registration.
How Weekly Group Prizes are Structured
The group prize per round is based on the top three point scorers each week in each group and in the event of a tie, the tie breaker question will decide the group winner. (see terms and conditions for full details)

Tie Breaker Questions
In the event of a tie in a group, the tie breaker mechanism each week ensures that a an outright winner, a second place and third place are more clearly decided for that weeks 100 subscriber group prize.
My Accounts Section
Once logged in to Pick the Score each subscriber will be able to access a page called “My Account”. This page will display all monetary transaction history, plus you will be able to withdraw and deposit funds.
Earn Cash
Invite friends, workmates or contacts, actually invite anyone you know and everytime they play you will receive £0.50 for the duration of the tournament or as otherwise specified.
Friends Lists
The ultimate in bragging rights. While playing each for cash prizes in the groups play, you still have the fun of a friendly competition.This allows participants to create a list to track friends and workmates. With it you get an email update per week that has a link to ‘View My Friends List on My Profile Page’ that would display my ‘Friends List’ standings. Number of points, number of wins, seconds and thirds with worst performer highlighted and their relationship to my results, plus a cumulative total for friends building towards an overall tournement winner
The best part is that friends compete against each other but do not directly play each other for the cash prize. So no money changes hand between friends. Friends stay friends.
Weekly Group Payment
Payments to successful winners will be made on a per week basis within 48 hours of games for that week being completed.
Weekly Results Processing
When results processing is performed group per standings and payout information will be automatically calculated. For each player winning a prize, their Pick the Score account balance will automatically update.
Once the results have been processed, youll be able to see the Group of 99 players that youve been randomly allocated to play against. You can see all players in that group, their scores and who the prize winners in your group were and how well you did against them. If there is a jackpot winner there score and winnings will also be displayed.
In-Game Play
From time to time their will be the option for in-game participation. This feature can be played on PC or on mobile smart phone and is ideally suited to playing on the smart phone. Participants will then be able to play a Subscribe, Make Picks on the go playing in a live in-game environment
Smart Phone Game Play
Coming Soon: The smart phone game play allows a participant to Subscribe access content & Make Your Picks on smart phones and also call up my predictions on so I can see how I am doing while say watching the game live. Also Get progress reports on as those games results are processed. All other features will be available on the website.
Facebook Integration
The game is also fully featured into Facebook. You have the option to play the game in Facebook with all your friends there, using all the functionality of Facebook. You will be able to invite your friends and be rewarded if they choose to subscribe. You will automatically be credited with cash (as stated above) to your account.
